The ground
A backyard that needed a soft surface for the family and could not keep one alive through the summer.

The composition
Synthetic turf across the play area with a putting green worked into the far end, laid over a drainage base so it sheds monsoon rain instead of holding it.

The result
A lawn that is usable in July, with something to do on it, and no mowing or overseeding to schedule.
