Commercial & Residential Maintenance
Scheduled landscape maintenance for homes, HOA common areas and commercial properties, on a route that shows up when it says it will.

What we do
A landscape is not finished when the build is. Planting matures, irrigation drifts out of adjustment and surfaces need attention, and the properties that still look right in five years are the ones somebody kept on top of. We maintain residential yards, HOA common areas and commercial frontages on a scheduled route.
How we build it
Maintenance here is seasonal rather than uniform. Trimming, planting care, irrigation checks and controller adjustments are scheduled to the time of year that actually calls for them. On commercial and HOA work we also watch the things that become expensive if missed, particularly irrigation faults and tree structure ahead of monsoon.
What to expect
A crew that arrives when the schedule says, does the work without needing to be chased, and tells you when something needs attention beyond the visit. The same licensed company that builds the work maintains it.
What it costs
$150 - $400 per month for residential
Commercial properties are quoted per site after a walk-through. Visit frequency drives most of the difference.
What moves the number
- Visit frequency and property size
- Scope: mowing, trimming, granite, irrigation checks
- Seasonal overseeding and colour rotation
- Whether irrigation monitoring is included
Ranges are for planning only. Every quote is priced from a site visit.
How long it takes
- Walk-through and quote
- 1 week
- First service
- Within 1 - 2 weeks
- Ongoing
- Weekly, biweekly or monthly
Permits and HOA approval
No permits involved. On HOA-governed properties we work to the community landscape standards and keep the documentation the board asks for.
Common questions
Do you maintain landscapes you did not install?
Yes, and a good share of our maintenance work is on properties built by somebody else. We start with a walkthrough to understand what is planted, how the irrigation is zoned and what condition it is in, so the schedule is built around your property rather than applied generically.
How often do you visit?
It depends on the property and the planting. Commercial frontages and HOA common areas usually need a more frequent route than a residential desert yard, which may need considerably less. We set the interval against what your landscape actually requires instead of selling a fixed package.
Is irrigation included in maintenance?
Checking it is, and it is one of the most valuable parts of the visit. We look at zones, watch for leaks and adjust the controller seasonally. Repairs beyond routine adjustment are quoted separately, and we will tell you what we found rather than leaving it for you to discover.
Do you work with HOA requirements?
Yes. Many West Valley communities have standards covering common areas and front yard appearance, and we maintain to them. Where the association needs documentation or a plan for review we put it in a form they can work with, which is far easier than resolving it after a notice arrives.
