What we do
Turf solves a specific Arizona problem. A natural lawn here drinks water through the hottest months and still looks tired by August. Synthetic turf gives you a green, usable surface every month of the year with no mowing, no overseeding and almost no water. We install lawns, pet areas and putting greens.
How we build it
The base is the whole job. We excavate, lay and compact aggregate to a proper depth, and shape it so water moves off rather than pooling. Turf is then stretched, seamed and secured, with infill brushed in to hold the blades upright. For pet areas we adjust the base and infill so it drains and stays clean.
What to expect
A flat lawn that stays flat, drains hard during monsoon, and does not develop the ripples and low spots that give cheap installations away. Good turf is a fifteen year surface if the base underneath it was built properly.

Permits and HOA approval
No permit required. HOA communities commonly specify an approved turf pile height and colour, and we submit the product sheet for approval before ordering.
Common questions
Does synthetic turf get too hot in Arizona?
It does warm up in direct summer sun, more than natural grass. Shade makes a large difference, and so does product selection, since cooler infills and newer backing systems run measurably lower. We will talk through placement and product rather than pretending heat is not a factor.
How long does synthetic turf last?
Good turf on a properly built base typically gives you fifteen years or more. Almost every early failure we are called out to fix is a base problem, not a product problem: shallow aggregate, poor compaction, or no drainage plan, which shows up as ripples and low spots within a couple of seasons.
Is it suitable for dogs?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people install it. Pet installations use a base and infill built to drain quickly and resist odour, and the surface rinses clean. It also ends the cycle of worn patches and mud that dogs put a natural lawn through.
What maintenance does it need?
Very little. Rinse it occasionally, brush the high traffic lanes now and then to keep the blades standing, and clear leaves off it. There is no mowing, no fertiliser, no overseeding and no irrigation schedule to manage, which is most of the reason people make the switch.
